New York, NY (FiniteTimes.com) –Underwear manufacturer Hanesbrand Inc. announced Friday that it plans to sue Britney Spears for breach of contract over revealing photos of the singer that appeared on the Internet earlier in the week.

“We have a contract with Ms. Spears that specifically states that any revealing crotch shots that she engages in have to clearly show the Hanes name or logo,” said Hanes spokesman Hugh Largette. “As you can see from these blown-up pictures, neither name nor logo appear here, here, here, here, here or peeking out here. For all we know she could be plugging Lady Bics, collagen or pork rinds. She certainly isn’t promoting Hanes, although this is clearly one of the best endorsements for the underwear industry at large that I’ve seen in a while.”

There was no immediate response from Spears, who is currently in the studio remaking one of her old hits. “Oops I Showed It Again” is expected to be available at online music stores in time for Christmas.
